Your 3-Step New Patient Process
We've streamlined your first visit to ensure you receive thorough, personalized care every step of the way
Visit 1: Understand the Problem
We begin by listening to what has changed, what you have tried, and what you want to get back to. Your history and examination help us understand the problem before we recommend a next step.
Visit 2: Understand Movement
We look at how you move, where movement is limited, and what may be contributing to the problem. When clinically appropriate, treatment may begin—including focused shockwave—after the evaluation.
Build the Plan Around Your Goals
We review the findings in plain language and build a coordinated plan around your return-to-activity goals. An adjustment may or may not be appropriate; the right next step depends on what we find.
